Below are photographs taken of the plans hence the poor quality. Hopefully they give the general idea.

A summary of the work would be:

1. Open up 3 windows at front of house
2. Knock out 2 windows at rear of the house
3. Fit new double glazed, sash windows
4. Build double glazed conservatory at the back of the house
5. Re-wire and replumb throughout
6. Replace existing staircases and create hall and landing areas in the centre
   of Custom House
7. Remove existing Custom House bathroom and fit stair well
8. Relocate both bathrooms to back rooms of first floor
9. Knock out access to Westburn from Custom House on first floor
10. Open up 2 blocked doors to provide access to conservatory
11. Lay down flag stones to hall areas, kitchen areas, and conservatory
